Wolverhampton boss Gary O’Neil praised his team after their 4-1 Premier League win at Fulham on Saturday.

The ‘Wolves’, who won just once in their first 11 games of the season, fell behind in the 20th minute but scored four straight to secure a comfortable win, helping them move clear of the red zone.

O’Neil said after the game: “I want all the players to enjoy today. It was a great performance and I think we deserved the win. Fulham have had a great season, especially coming from 1-0 down.”

“It’s a difficult time. We have a difficult transfer market. Any club that manages captaincy and top players has to find a new way. We have to bring in young players from different leagues. Then we have a difficult schedule at the start and our league position is under pressure.”

“The next game will come quickly. It’s important for the boys to understand where this victory came from. The organization and unity are the real standpoint.”

“I’m very pleased with everyone, Fulham have UFABET done a great job this season. When we had injuries and illnesses, I was scared to see what it would be like today.”

On an impressive team performance

“We knew we worked very hard and trying to figure out the best places to move the ball to, and how, and the first goal, straight off the training ground, obviously takes incredible quality from Matheus to finish it off, but that’s something we work on a lot.

“There was a lot of just real good stuff that we worked on. It looked like a real composed performance with a ball, a well-organised performance without it, and it’s important the players make sure they understand what gets them to that today, because it’s very easy to think we were great with a ball and we made some great passes, but there was a lot more that went into it around the organisation and togetherness. It’s important we take that forward with us.”
